 Board of Directors Lihu Avitov, Executive Vice President, Ofer Hi-Tech Group Mr. Avitov heads life sciences investments in the Ofer Hi-Tech Group and was previously the CEO of Naiot Technological Center. Mr. Avitov holds a BA in economics and management and an MSc in industrial engineering and management from the Technion. Ronit Bendori, General Partner, Evergreen Venture Partners Dr. Bendori is a former vice president and QA/QC director of Pharmos Ltd, and has held senior positions at InterPharm Ltd (Israel) and Ares-Sereno (Switzerland). She was one of the founders of the Israeli Biotechnology Organization and an adviser on biotechnology issues to the former chief scientists at the Israeli Ministry of Trade and Industry. She has a PhD in molecular and cellular biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science. Boaz Goldschmidt, Partner, Yozma Management and Investments Mr. Goldschmidt was the co-founder of Yozma Venture Capital and the core of its management team since its inception in January 1993. Mr. Goldschmidt led many of Yozma's investments, including InStent (NASDAQ: ININ) and Influence (acquired by American Medical Systems Inc.). He holds a BA in economics and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yair Feld, GeneGrafts Ltd Dr. Feld is a co-founder of CorAssist and currently heads GeneGrafts, a startup company developing a gene therapy approach for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Dr. Feld holds an MD and PhDs in physiology and biophysics from the Technion. |
